These general conditions of sale are the unique applicable and are replaced to any other general condition; except in case of previous elimination, express and written. Abril Natura can occasionally modify the articles of your general conditions, for which it is advisable that these are read in every visit to the website www.medicinasnaturistas.com (named further on “Portal). These modifications are attributable from here to its publication in Internet and are not able to be applied to the contracts concluded previously. Each purchase in the website is ruled by the general conditions in the date of the request. We considerate that once realized the order, our general conditions of sales are accepted, after being read.

Abril Natura offers a variety of products, elaborated under the best conditions, for the different treatments (through descriptions and details of application), to contribute to the improvement of the quality of life. Also, show photographies that illustrate the products. Our products are registered and authorized by DIGESA (General Direction of Environmental Health), Technical – Normative Organ in the aspects related to the basic cleaning-up, occupational health, alimentary hygiene, zoonosis and environment protection.

Our prices are subject to change, without notice. However, we compromise to apply the rates strictly speaking in the Portal, when you make your order..

5.  Availability:
You should have in mind that the orders are sent within the limits of stock available. In case that the requested product are not in stock, we compromise to send you an email in a time of 02 days, from the date in which you had done your order, to communicate you about the date of the sending of the same.

6.  Modality of shipment :
For the shipment of the products, Abril Natura puts on your disposal 5 modalities of shipment:
a) Shipment Express  (America and Europe)
This type of shipment allows you to receive your order in 48/72 hours. It will be done by DHL / SERPOST. The expenses of shipment are included in the price of the product.
b)  Shipment Standard (Peru)
This type of shipment allows you to receive your order in 1/2 days. It realizes through mails or companies of inter-provincial transport. For additional information, please communicate with us:

Interest notes:
a)   Your order will be sent to the address that you indicate at once you do the purchase. It’s extremely important that this is proportionate accurately. If it’s possible, please indicate your phone number for any reference.

b)  We advise, once received your order, to verify your content and the perfect state in which has been sent. Otherwise, to make the observation and/or the correspondent complaint, through our telephonical numbers and/or e-mails already indicated, within the next 24 hours of received your order and realize your monitoring.

c)    Abril Natura makes all possible to respect the delivery deadlines mentioned in the Portal. However, we are not responsible of the consequences due to a delay of the shipment or a lost of the package on behalf of estrange people to the contract of transport, by yourself or by reasons o causes unpredictable or insurmountable of force major.

d)     In case of not receiving this in the deadline indicated, it will be carrying out a research next to the transporter. During this period, we cannot do any return or refund of the order.

a)  Payment in line with credit card
It will be realized through the security system “PayPal” to realize safe electronic transactions that codify your banking data when are transmitted through Internet.
b)  Payment in cash
It will be carried out only in the physical Stores of Abril Natura
c) Clients who Don’t have Credit Card
For those clients who Don’t have Credit Card; Abril Natura gives them the option of being able to acquire the product or products, through the deposit in cash correspondent to the value of the product. This has to be done in “Western Union” Agencies of your locality, previous coordination realized with our offices.

8.  Protection of personal data:
Every user have to facilitate us their personal data, because are essentials for the emission of the invoice, guarantee contracts and dispatch of your order. The absence of these means the automatic elimination of your order. When you register in the Portal, you compromise to proportionate us your valid personal data. The fact of facilitate false or incorrect information is against the presents General Conditions and the Conditions of Use presented in the Portal.
